Battle Plan (3️⃣) or BUST

Well, we waited for Battle Plan (3️⃣)! 

We finally got it. 

Congrats, traders… this is what patience looks like in action!

Many traders captured 10-20 points and wisely locked in their profits. We’d hoped this might trigger a short-covering rally, but the market had other plans. Still… a GREAT trade by any measure!

I kept saying, “Longs are counter, small if at all. Never making things worse. BUT, this is the trade location (SPX TREND LINE!) the bulls want to respond!” And they did respond for a nice 10-20 pointer long. You always hold a runner – you never know WHICH trade is the next 100-point runner.

I posted in Discord: Green > Greed. In other words, “BE CONTENT!”

We made our daily bread and WALKED! I hope you did.

Then price spent hours ping-ponging the strong levels like a pinball machine. Untradeable – you weren’t suppose to be trading anyway! 😉

100 POINTER:

If you were holding a LOTTO RUNNER from Monday Night’s Battle Plan short, you could have made 100 points on that trade! Congrats to the traders who held and took profit today! Fantastic follow through. You never know which runner will pay!

BATTLE PLAN:

100 Pointer:

From Monday Nights Battle Plan (3️⃣) Short. If you held a runner overnight, you were “Happy Happy Happy” today!

On Monday afternoon I wrote “Possible Short Idea. Take RTH High, perhaps extend to near 32 and SLAM back inside today’s range. Possible small short. Target 6933 with lotto runner!”

We took that short live on Youtube Tuesday morning. 

Had you held a lotto runner overnight, target was hit today! We discussed this exit on Zoom.

One could have captured a 100-Pointer on that short. We tend to get one Battle Plan trade a week that goes 100 points – it was a short this week!

10-20 Pointer Today:

Battle Plan (3️⃣) Long today. Went 10-20 points. I recommended moving stop to capture a 10 pointer and let price do what it’s going to do. For the scoreboard, I will declare it netted 10 points. That was a reasonable “Take Profit”. 

ZOOM:

We nailed price action today… we PAYTIENTLY waited for Battle Plan (3️⃣) as discussed.

We made our daily bread and WALKED!

CORE STRATEGY: (For Full Members)

Core Strategy advises not to trade today in 15-Point candle land! Once you get three 15-point candles walk! I warned of this multiple times! The ideal stop-loss is just too far away. 

This rule is to PROTECT YOU!

If you are to continue trading, like we did, you wait for a Battle Plan trade to develop and get in at a level that the stop loss makes sense – that is EXACTLY what did on Zoom! I like a 3-point or less stop loss in these conditions! YMMV.
