I raise my glass today.

Battle Plan #250.

Two hundred and fifty sessions of mapping out trade locations.

Two hundred and fifty times sitting down and asking the same question:

Where are the bulls? Where are the bears?

That number means something to me.

Not because it’s a round number…but because of what it represents.

It represents every afternoon you showed up ready to read it.

Every day we traded with a plan instead of hope and a prayer.

Every time we waited for our levels instead of chasing the move.

That’s the real win here.

Thank you for trusting me with your screen time, your attention…and your trading trust.

Crafting these battle plans has made me a better trader and a better teacher.

That’s the truth.

Here’s to #250…and the 250 ahead.

Battle Plan (1️⃣) & (3️⃣):

As stated in the AM Briefing and while we were trading live on YouTube and Zoom, we were looking for Battle Plan (3️⃣) … It missed the activation zone by three points before ripping 55 points to the north.

We stated on Zoom and YouTube that this was probably a trampoline area, and boy did it do a trampoline type of bounce.

To be so close and miss such a monster move can lead to the accumulation of negative emotions. Each trader needs to recognize the accumulation of negative emotions and pull themselves from the trading floor to allow time to reset your emotions.

Rip-roaring candles make trading very dangerous and difficult. Once you get three 15-point candles or larger, one should be extremely cautious and only enter with exacting levels that can withstand a small stop loss. Otherwise, there is no sense in trading, in my humble opinion.

Once price ripped north 50 points, Battle Plan (1️⃣) triggered for the brave…bounced 5.5 points…then came back and stopped your runner out at breakeven. A beautiful touch and go. No follow through.

TIP OF THE DAY

Know when to walk away.

▶️ Recognize the moment negative emotions start stacking up.

Frustrated from a stopped-out trade? Angry about a missed entry? Got the urge to “get it back”…or call the top?

These feelings don’t stay quiet…they get louder.

And loud emotions make terrible trading decisions.

When you feel that accumulation building…close the platform. Step away. Take a walk. Do anything but trade.

This isn’t weakness.

This isn’t giving up.

This is protecting yourself from yourself.

The market will be there when you get back.

Your account will thank you for the break.

The best traders aren’t the ones who fight through those moments…they’re the ones who recognize them fastest and act accordingly.

Flat is a position too.

TRADE OF THE DAY

BATTLE PLAN:

Battle Plan (1️⃣) closed for a small profit or scratch. Beautiful touch and go for 5.5 points. Price simply didn’t offer the follow-through I was looking for.

And Battle Plan (3️⃣) was within three points of just being a monster, 50, 60, 70 pointer.

You know…sometimes ES moves without you. It’s not your move on your terms. Stand down and watch.

ZOOM:

“Stand Down”

“You don’t have to trade this.”

“Dangerous price action.”

“Don’t short this.”

That was the message on Zoom.

CORE STRATEGY:

Multiple 15+ candles rendered core strategy a no-trade morning. These rules keep you safe, and they often are the best rules to follow.

As stated multiple times, the only way I trade 15+ point candles is if I can get a precise entry with a 3-point or less stop loss, and then I require a touch-and-go trade or I take a scratch.

Then the candles slowed WAY down to a 6.2 ATR on a 3M Chart near New York lunch offering a break level long that ultimately ran for 28+ points.

Using our three contract system, you would have insured at least a 15-point runner.

Methodology

Video: How To Trade The Battle Plan

Each evening, I scan the ES chart and ask one primary question:

Where are the bulls and bears positioned?

"Great bears know where the bulls are.
Great bulls know where the bears are."

The arrows you see highlight those pressure points...zones where reactions in price are most likely.

Careful consideration is given to trend, range structure, liquidity pools, and our Strong Levels — a custom TradingView indicator available to paid Battle Plan or full Micros Trader members.

Most arrows lean toward the buy side. That's no coincidence as the ES is a long-biased instrument over time.

How you choose to trade these zones is entirely up to you:

Entry:

Our Core Strategy: Low-time frame bounce levels.
Level Reclaim: Market order with proper stop loss under low.
Your own preferred method: Just use the arrows as a price map and trade on your own confirmation.
Paper Trade til confident.
