A Recap of Today’s Price Action & Setups:

A MONSTER week for the Battle Plan. 

Battle Plan 1️⃣ had an aggressive target…82 points away. 

Price got within 4 points of the target. We’ll use a golf term here… I’ll take a Mulligan.

I took the Battle Plan 1️⃣ short around 2AM…price ran 15 points. Made small — the story of my day. At 50% size, that’s 7 points. A winner is a winner. Smalls add up.

Additional short entries were difficult – we gave a risky short trade idea around the 65 level. Price dropped 50 points. I recommended taking profit at Battle Plan (2️⃣) location capturing 40-points. A very nice Take Profit location! 

Had one kept a single runner back on the 6865 short trade idea called on Zoom, they could have had a near 85-pointer.

▶️ You never know which entry will run and run and run. That is why you should always strive to hold a runner… just in case. Close your platform and walk – your trade no longer needs you.

I am so pleased with these mappings. We were looking for the right trade in the right trade locations. The Day Before NFP just makes entry difficult!

A few hours later, price finally dropped in Battle Plan (3️⃣). 

I took a small positional long on the first ladder…captured a quick 10-pointer. First ladders can be dangerous, but we’re at the bottom of the range… worth the chance IMHO. Was quick to “Take Profit” and wait for a new entry.

💡 When you have built-in points from a profitable day/week, you can take a chance on entries like this…at GREAT trade locations.

I took another positional long at Battle Plan (3️⃣). I took a little heat.. then it popped!

▶️ ▶️ ▶️ If I hadn’t been sitting on 120 points from my long earlier this week, I wouldn’t have taken this trade…sometimes built-in points allow you to be a little more aggressive.

Once again, if we continue looking for the right trades in the right trade locations, the odds of our success dramatically increase.

A 20+ point run twice.Every entry difficult today – the day before NFP is no joke. I made small on the first activation. 

🔥 Battle Plan (3️⃣) activated. I captured 10-pointer and a 20-pointer then the big EOD pop.

🔥 3M BS Short. Ran 30-points. 

🔥 3M BL Short. Ran 60 points. 

Dangerous PA… no one needed to trade this. 

I think waiting for the Battle Plan trades made the most sense today!
