Overall

When you are flat, at the top of a 108-day value area, while bulls control, there is very little to do!

You need 2-3 days of consolidation or a monster pullback.

We spent 28 hours within TWO Strong Levels… check the chart below.

The chart below also showcases the strength of our Battle Plan… finding the zones where the Bulls… and where the Bears… will come alive. Even in a tight range.

One of my favorite quotes: “Bulls know where the bears are, and the bears know where the bulls are.”

Some context going into today’s trading… I warned:

On today’s Zoom, I must have said it a dozen times: “Bulls control. Shorts are counter. Small, if at all.”

After the first hour of trading, the price just simply died. Save yourself for better trading conditions.

Very pleased to see my traders come to SAME conclusion – Together We Trade Better.

In all the messy chop, ES still took the ONL, ONH, IB Low, and IB High.

ES always makes its money!

The AM Briefing warned that the risk of a “liquidation break” is high.

Liquidation Break: A liquidation break is a fast directional move driven by forced exits rather than fresh conviction. Stops and margin calls fuel these moves, creating thin structure and rapid range extension. Once liquidation pressure dries up, price often pauses or retraces unless acceptance develops.

Usually, it’s the bulls just “giving it up” because they can’t extend higher. Structure breaks… watch out below. Weak longs exit, offering the liquidity needed to go higher. Cheaper prices bring in more buyers, typically. Then you get the Johnny-come-late shorts, only to trap them in the reversal and squeeze!

The messiness of this price action around Battle Plan (1️⃣) proved it to be so.

TIP OF THE DAY

When you’re near the top of a range and flat while bulls remain in control, it’s hard to justify going long or short. Best to sit on hands until 2-3 days of consolidation or a violent pullback unfolds. Patience pays.

TRADE OF THE DAY

BATTLE PLAN:

🔥 Battle Plan (1️⃣) for 20 points. This required a late-night entry and excellent runner management. Holding through small ATR chop requires a special person! lol

You missed nothing by sitting this out… like I did. I remarked in the Battle Plan, “Shallow micro-pullback here… low-quality entry. I’ll probably sit this one out. I tend to wait for deeper moves. I’m in NO rush.”

ZOOM (RTH AM):

“Bulls Control. Shorts are counter” was our story again today.

The “risk of liquidation” was high today, as noted in the AM Briefing. When it will happen… or if it will happen… no one knows. You can’t prediction-trade it, nor should you counter it. Hence the warning.

We called a nice long… IF price reclaimed the opening price.. which it did… to take out the ONH and RTH High… which it did.

Entry was tricky once again. After 250 straight-up points, what do you expect? If you caught the entry… a beautiful 10-pointer.

Methodology

Video: How To Trade The Battle Plan

Each evening, I scan the ES chart and ask one primary question:

Where are the bulls and bears positioned?

"Great bears know where the bulls are.
Great bulls know where the bears are."

The arrows you see highlight those pressure points...zones where reactions in price are most likely.

Careful consideration is given to trend, range structure, liquidity pools, and our Strong Levels — a custom TradingView indicator available to paid Battle Plan or full Micros Trader members.

Most arrows lean toward the buy side. That's no coincidence as the ES is a long-biased instrument over time.

How you choose to trade these zones is entirely up to you:

Entry:

Our Core Strategy: Low-time frame bounce levels.
Level Reclaim: Market order with proper stop loss under low.
Your own preferred method: Just use the arrows as a price map and trade on your own confirmation.
Paper Trade til confident.
