FRIDAY:
Beautiful trading Friday. We called long at the Strong Range around 6062. This wasn’t the ‘easiest’ entry with NFP in play, but our magnet sat 50 points away. With a disciplined 3-Contract System, traders could have captured the entire 50-point move.
Today, once again, we focused on trading at the right locations on the chart… and that’s half the battle right there. Knowing exactly where you want to engage with price, that changes everything. It’s the very purpose of the Battle Plan.
My goal? To bring calm and clarity to your trading. Our newest member Michele told me, “I enjoyed the zoom. It’ll take me a bit of time to learn your lingo, but I really like your calm and patient approach.“
It’s a perfect marriage: Battle Plan locations + Core Strategy execution = high-probability trades with a clear trade plan.
No guessing. No chasing. No emotional decisions in the heat of the moment.

You committed to ONE discipline
for the next 30 days?
Pick your challenge.
Master your mind.
After a loss, take a mandatory 15-30 minute break… go for a walk around the block, do pushups/situps.
Trade ONE setup ONLY for the next 30 days. That setup… period, end of story. Nothing else!
Trade longs (or shorts) ONLY for 30 days. Master one direction before trading both.
Take one trade per day MAX for the next 30 days. Make it count.
No moving your stop for 6 minutes after entry. Trust your plan.
Replay EVERY trade you took every weekend. Study what worked and what didn’t.
Take a 15-30 minute break if you missed an entry. Reset before the next opportunity.
Keep your DOM closed until a clear level develops, then journal the trade setup with screenshots BEFORE you launch your DOM.
Mandatory one week off if you over-leveraged or tilt traded even once. No exceptions.
Actually journal every day for 30 days (throughout the day as recommended). Build the habit.
Upload your CSV files to Trade Tracker (or ChatGPT) and analyze last month’s (last year’s) trading. Let the numbers tell the truth.
Close your platform when in a runner and WALK AWAY. Let the trade work.

Video: How To Trade The Battle Plan
Each evening, I scan the ES chart and ask one primary question:
Where are the bulls and bears positioned?
"Great bears know where the bulls are.
Great bulls know where the bears are."
The arrows you see highlight those pressure points...zones where reactions in price are most likely.
Careful consideration is given to trend, range structure, liquidity pools, and our Strong Levels — a custom TradingView indicator available to paid Battle Plan or full Micros Trader members.
Most arrows lean toward the buy side. That's no coincidence as the ES is a long-biased instrument over time.
How you choose to trade these zones is entirely up to you:
Entry:
- Our Core Strategy: Low-time frame bounce levels.
- Level Reclaim: Market order with proper stop loss under low.
- Your own preferred method: Just use the arrows as a price map and trade on your own confirmation.
- Paper Trade til confident.
- Set Alerts on TradingView as ES/MES trades 23 hours a day. Entries may occur at any time.
