MES Futures Trade Plan & Key Levels

A Recap of Today’s Price Action & Setups:

Battle Plan (1️⃣) played out nicely last night for a 10-point run. See the chart below. I captured half the move as it missed my 10-point take profit by a tick!

On Zoom, we called 65 long live. A great trade for those who took it!

Battle Plan (1️⃣) Long

Upon ending Zoom, I reiterated several times – this is “No Thank You” price action. No Level. No Trade. This PA was NOT worth trading after the AM Zoom… in my opinion – there ARE easier days to trade.

FINAL STRETCH:

Two months remain. Sixty days to decide how this year will be remembered—growth or just motion. This is not the time to coast; it’s time to lock in, trade your plan, and protect your edge.

You’ve pushed through noise, hesitation, and overtrading. Now it’s about discipline and consistency. Forget PNL—focus on perfect process. The market won’t remember the trades you almost took; it will remember the stretch where you stayed disciplined.

Zoom: We called Long 65 for 10, 20, 30 point run. One could still be holding a runner into the close. This was truly the trade of the day.

Core Strategy: Only ONE entry. 3M FS FVG Long at 80-79 around 2:42PM EST. A few points, nothing to write home to mama about.

The Battle Plan for Tonight & Tomorrow:

We almost filled the gap on Friday AND Today. It would be great if ES finally gives us that move — setting up a clean long opportunity that could push toward the all-time highs, which was originally made during an overnight session. From there, we might even see my 6983 target come into play. We’ll see how it sets up.

TRADE IDEAS EXPLAINED

(1️⃣) Long Trade Idea: If the bulls are REAL, this should work just fine – but they are worrying me a little. Little liquidity grab and ladder-back with STRENGTH. I need a snappy FVGing sequence to even consider this long. Small long trade idea or add-on. Bulls are worrying me here. If I take this, it would be SMALL with TIGHT management.

(2️⃣) If you are looking for a short, one could entertain this one. Target Gap Fill at 9841. If we drop under the Bull Bear Line, consider ADDING to your winning trade.

(3️⃣) This is my preferred trade setup. Grab today’s RTH Low and/or Friday’s RTH Low and/or Fill the Gap and/or tag the BULL BEAR line. “Trap The Trader” long trade idea. Add to your winning trade with Battle Plan (1️⃣) .

(4️⃣) Drop under BULL BEAR and reclaim. Tag 6830 would be great.

Each evening, I scan the ES chart and ask one primary question:

Where are the bulls and bears positioned?

"Great bears know where the bulls are.
Great bulls know where the bears are."

The arrows you see highlight those pressure points...zones where reactions in price are most likely.

Careful consideration is given to trend, range structure, liquidity pools, and our Strong Levels — a custom TradingView indicator available to paid Battle Plan or full Micros Trader members.

Most arrows lean toward the buy side. That's no coincidence as the ES is a long-biased instrument over time.

How you choose to trade these zones is entirely up to you:
