HOW TO TRADE THE ES EMINI CHART

A Recap of Today’s Price Action & Setups:

This was a Grade A… Pasture Raised… Grass Fed…. Grass Finished… Level 10 Trading Day with multiple 15-point candles and 59 eight-point candles, with an elevated ATR that was screaming: DO NOT TRADE THIS.

Battle Plan (6️⃣) was the money today. Too bad you had to be up early in the AM for the entry. But the mapping was on the money. Congrats to the traders who took advantage.

Every week we have one or two Battle Plan trade ideas go 100+ points. This was the first one!

Did you miss Battle Plan (6️⃣)? Not to worry, my fellow futures trader. You got a 3M FS Core Strategy short that also went 100 points. That said, today’s price action was DANGEROUS, and I advised not to trade it. There ARE easier days to trade!

Battle Plan (4️⃣) activated late in the day as Battle Plan (6️⃣) was concluding.

I was long a couple times at the bottom of the Strong Range around 65. Price just did NOT behave as I desired, exited profiting small. Who cares…next setup!

Longing at the bottom of the Strong Range was the correct idea, but the price action and time of day weren’t favorable. I’m disappointed I’m not long, but I also know there’s another high-probability trade just around the corner. Back to waiting.

Today, once again, we focused on trading at the right locations on the chart—that’s half the battle!

If you know where you want to go long and where you want to go short, all you have to do is WAIT.

That’s the very purpose of the Battle Plan.

Battle Plan (1️⃣).. Entry during London Session.. 100+ pointer. All you had to do it keep a “paid for” lotto runner at entry and WAIT. Battle Plan (4️⃣). is up 30 points if you held better than I did.

We called a one long and one short. 10 points max.

Trend day down, and once again bulls are messing around at the “WARNING SHOT TO BULLS” level. Very dangerous.

Nice move up in the last hour…. but… it’s not very convincing to me!

As I said in last night’s Battle Plan, “I envision a MONSTER move this week. Keep your powder dry!” We had nearly a 150-point move today!

TRADE IDEAS EXPLAINED

(1️⃣) Short Trade Idea. Price does not NEED to get to the Strong Range above. We could just bounce off the RTH HB/Single Prints. One has to judge the price action as it happens. Target 6655.50 at minimum. You do you.

(2️⃣) If the bulls are real, and I am not sure they are, this should play out. I would at least require price to reclaim the Strong Range before entertaining a long OR be even more picky and require ES to reclaim the Strong Level at 6687.25. I am cautious of longs right now. SMALL.. IMHO. If it runs, let it! I could lead to a squeeze.

(3️⃣) “Trap The Trader” long off the RTH LOW and MONTHLY LOW. See white lines. Require snappy ladder-back and reclaim Strong Range IMHO. Small but look to add on reclaim of Strong Level above like Battle Plan (2️⃣).

(4️⃣) If ES wants to flush, let it. I like this area for a possible long idea. Way-Down-Yonder… takes three daily lows. I like that!

Each evening, I scan the ES chart and ask one primary question:

Where are the bulls and bears positioned?

"Great bears know where the bulls are.
Great bulls know where the bears are."

The arrows you see highlight those pressure points...zones where reactions in price are most likely.

Careful consideration is given to trend, range structure, liquidity pools, and our Strong Levels — a custom TradingView indicator available to paid Battle Plan or full Micros Trader members.

Most arrows lean toward the buy side. That's no coincidence as the ES is a long-biased instrument over time.

How you choose to trade these zones is entirely up to you:

Entry:

Our Core Strategy: Low-time frame bounce levels.
Level Reclaim: Market order with proper stop loss under low.
Your own preferred method: Just use the arrows as a price map and trade on your own confirmation.
