If you were trading during the London session, you had the opportunity to trade this long.

The bulls had defended this key ES level.

As I said in the live trading room this morning… talk is cheap when it comes to patience.

Today, once again, you had an opportunity to work out your patience muscle.

The first day of practicing perfect patience? Pretty easy.

But the second day? That's when the muscle starts to burn and quiver.

Impatience creeps in. You start looking for trades that aren't there. You begin convincing yourself that a mediocre setup is good enough.
