TODAY’S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Battle Plan 5️⃣ & ES Trading Room Guidelines
Very nice trade!
Yes. Dipped its toe into the drop zone and exploded out of there.
These are my favorite types of trades… holding a lotto runner is very easy.
We made it to the outlined target without much fanfare.
If you chose to exit all of your contracts and call the day done, congratulations.
If you held that lotto runner playing perfect chess… welcome to the club.
You were long all day.
Today’s main guideline… “Do Not Short This”… repeated over and over. My goal is to keep you on the right side of price action.
Battle Plan 3️⃣ | Adding To Your Winning Trade
Since I was long from Battle Plan 5️⃣, I added here.
Multiple traders took this long and took profit as outlined… congrats, traders! And… Casey proclaimed that she owes us lunch following her 39-points. Nice!
After a beautiful run, we chopped around in the upper distribution, absorbing the move.
Usually when I say… the easy trades are over… it’s true.
When I remarked, “ES is getting a little long in the tooth for today in my opinion,” that was my signal to call it a day.
Tip of the Day
Slow is Fast!
Too many traders want twice the profit for half the discipline.
That rarely works.
The fastest way to reach your destination is to trade slowly and methodically… and it’s often the most boring trading you will ever do.
Trader’s Homework
As a continuation of yesterday’s Tip of the Day, be sure to work on your evening and morning pre-trade prep.

Scoreboard

Points Accumulated This Week:
Battle Plan: 110+
🔥 60-Point Battle Plan 5️⃣ long off the apex.
🔥 10-Point Battle Plan 3️⃣ long. This trade paid a couple different times today if you were aggressive and took both.
Zoom: 70+
🔥 “Do Not Short This” was the most valuable thing I said today.
🔥 40-Pointer for the aggressive. We discussed a low-quality long… stop too far away… that coincided with Battle Plan 3️⃣, and it did indeed break out with just a few points of heat.
🔥 We also discussed taking Battle Plan 3️⃣ as an initial entry for the aggressive, riding it to target for a beautiful trade.
Core Strategy: 85 (For Full Members)
🔥 20-Points BL MES Short against the edge of the range… This was the identical short reported yesterday that ran 50 points. So 50 points yesterday and 20 points today. A possible breakout to the north is coming soon.

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
What is a Bull Bear Strong Level?
A: The Bull Bear Strong Level is the line in the sand on the Battle Plan price map. Above it, bulls control the tape. Below it, bears have the edge. In this Battle Plan, any reclaim of the Bull Bear Strong Level should be of interest to longs… it marks the continuation long and serves as the upside target for trades added below it.
What is a Strong Level?
A: A Strong Level is a pre-mapped price zone where the market has proven it will react. These levels anchor every trade in the Battle Plan. On a deep pullback, a reclaim of the Strong Levels can represent a long entry… but only with snappy ladder back price action. Lethargic price action at a Strong Level is a warning. You want to see energy there.
What is the Core Strategy?
A: The Core Strategy is the advanced setup track reserved for Full Members. This week it banked 85 points, including a 20-point MES short against the edge of the range… the identical short that ran 50 points the day before. Same location, same logic, paid twice. That is the power of trading repeatable locations.
What is a lotto runner?
A: A lotto runner is the small piece of a winning position you leave on after taking your planned profits. Your risk is already covered, so holding it is easy… you let it ride behind a trailing stop and see how far the market wants to go. In this session, traders who held the lotto runner from the Battle Plan long were on the right side of price all day.
Why does the day before non-farm payroll matter?
A: Non-farm payroll is one of the biggest scheduled news events for ES futures, and the session before it often turns thin and squirrelly. That is why this Battle Plan exited the long ahead of it and asked one question… what does your trade plan say about trading the day before non-farm payroll? If your plan has no answer, that is your homework. Slow is Fast.
MICROS TRADER BASICS
No Level, No Trade
No Level, No Trade is the foundational rule of the Micros Trader system. Every trade must be anchored to a pre-mapped level… a clean, clear, defined zone identified in the Battle Plan the night before. If price has not reached that level, there is no trade. No chasing. No improvising. No FOMO.
This single rule eliminates the majority of losing trades. Emotional entries happen when traders react to price instead of waiting for it. No Level, No Trade replaces that reaction with a plan.
