ES & MES FUTURES TRADE PLAN #380
TODAY’S REVIEW: ES FUTURES
Battle Plan 2️⃣ | ES Short Set Up
If you’re an international member or burning the midnight oil, this Battle Plan offered a nice short.
We did not reach target, but it was still a nice 10 to 15 point trade.
Battle Plan 1️⃣ ES Long
We traded this live. See the video above.
On Zoom we got an earlier entry than the Battle Plan mapping.
🔥 20+ Point Long for Battle Plan 1️⃣
Price almost made it to the mapped out target… a few points shy. We also outlined 7780 as the “get up there” second target. ES came up 25 points shy of it. August is not known as the “follow-through” month.
Yes, it’s still triple-tapping every single entry. Not the easiest trading conditions, but we saw price well and traded in the correct direction.
If you can trade in the correct direction, staying on the right side of price action often enough, the odds of your success dramatically improve. That is the entire purpose of the Battle Plan in the live trading room on Zoom and YouTube.
In the final stretch of our trading, we tested the Bull Bear line once again.
Tip of the Day
First Ladders Are The Most Dangerous:
The first bounce off a level is the most dangerous entry on the chart.
Let the second ladder confirm the move… then commit.

COMMON QUESTIONS FOR ES FUTURES TRADERS
What is the Bull Bear Strong Level in this Battle Plan?
A: The Bull Bear Strong Level is the line on the chart that decides who is in control. Above it, bulls have the ball. Below it, bears do. In this Battle Plan we tested it again in the final stretch of trading, and the notes say losses and reclaims of that line should be of interest. Watch how price behaves when it crosses… a clean reclaim can set up a long, a hard loss can set up a short. Range Rules Rule.
Why is 7627 the preferred long entry in this Battle Plan?
A: Because 7627 sits at the top of an old range we traded many times. Old range tops that get reclaimed tend to act as support. The plan is simple… if price pushes deeper but then reclaims 7627, that is the long. It is the Preferred Trade in this Battle Plan, meaning George rates it as the highest quality setup on the map.
What does “First Ladders Are The Most Dangerous” mean?
A: A ladder is a bounce off a level. The first bounce is the most dangerous entry on the chart because it has not proven anything yet. Price is still triple-tapping every entry right now, so the first touch often fails. Let the second ladder confirm the move… then commit. That is the Tip of the Day, and it will save you a lot of stopped-out trades.
What is Core Strategy and why does it say “For Full Members”?
A: Core Strategy is the structured trading approach George teaches to full members of Micros Trader. It is separate from the Battle Plan levels and the Zoom room trades. On the Scoreboard it gets its own line, this week at 45+ points. Full members learn the exact levels and rules behind it… which is why the Battle Plan teases “What levels????” for everyone else.
Why does the Battle Plan say “careful out there” for Friday?
A: Two reasons. First, ES broke out, so there are no high-quality entries mapped right now… nothing to do but hold a runner if you are already long. Second, it is Friday, and Friday plus low-quality entries is a recipe for giving back a good week. August is not known as the follow-through month either. Take profit if you are long from today’s move, and Stand Down if the setup is not there.
