Today, once again, we focused on trading at the right locations on the chart… and that’s half the battle right there. Knowing exactly where you want to engage with price, that changes everything. It’s the very purpose of the Battle Plan.

My goal?

To bring calm and clarity to your trading. To outline the highest-probability locations on the chart for longs and shorts.

No guessing. No chasing. No emotional decisions in the heat of the moment.

Just patient, disciplined trading at the levels that matter most.

LOSS RECOVERY

After a loss, take a mandatory 15-30 minute break… go for a walk around the block, do pushups/situps.

SETUP MASTERY

Trade ONE setup ONLY for the next 30 days. That setup… period, end of story. Nothing else!

DIRECTIONAL FOCUS

Trade longs (or shorts) ONLY for 30 days. Master one direction before trading both.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY

Take one trade per day MAX for the next 30 days. Make it count.

STOP DISCIPLINE

No moving your stop for 6 minutes after entry. Trust your plan.

WEEKLY REVIEW

Replay EVERY trade you took every weekend. Study what worked and what didn’t.

FOMO MANAGEMENT

Take a 15-30 minute break if you missed an entry. Reset before the next opportunity.

PRE-TRADE PLANNING

Keep your DOM closed until a clear level develops, then journal the trade setup with screenshots BEFORE you launch your DOM.

ZERO TOLERANCE

Mandatory one week off if you over-leveraged or tilt traded even once. No exceptions.

DAILY JOURNALING

Actually journal every day for 30 days (throughout the day as recommended). Build the habit.

DATA ANALYSIS

Upload your CSV files to Trade Tracker (or ChatGPT) and analyze last month’s (last year’s) trading. Let the numbers tell the truth.

RUNNER DISCIPLINE

Close your platform when in a runner and WALK AWAY. Let the trade work.

Battle Plan (3️⃣) long… 60+ pointer. If you TP’d at the ATH, a full 60 pointer – congrats for the traders who took it!

Depending on your account, you could still be holding a “paid-for” lotto runner!

ZOOM:

Nothing. Price ran without an entry. Immediate 15-point candle to the north and price never looked back.

CORE STRATEGY: (For Full Members)

A slow grind north usually only presents FSs and BLs. There certainly poor level development in this grind-up. That said, there were trades.

1 BL Long… 10+ Points… alllllllmost 20 points.

And a few other minor entries for 4+ points each.

Methodology

Video: How To Trade The Battle Plan

Each evening, I scan the ES chart and ask one primary question:

Where are the bulls and bears positioned?

"Great bears know where the bulls are.
Great bulls know where the bears are."

The arrows you see highlight those pressure points...zones where reactions in price are most likely.

Careful consideration is given to trend, range structure, liquidity pools, and our Strong Levels — a custom TradingView indicator available to paid Battle Plan or full Micros Trader members.

Most arrows lean toward the buy side. That's no coincidence as the ES is a long-biased instrument over time.

How you choose to trade these zones is entirely up to you:

Entry:

Our Core Strategy: Low-time frame bounce levels.
Level Reclaim: Market order with proper stop loss under low.
Your own preferred method: Just use the arrows as a price map and trade on your own confirmation.
Paper Trade til confident.
Set Alerts on TradingView as ES/MES trades 23 hours a day. Entries may occur at any time.
